Pizza Rolls

900+ page views, thanks so much everyone!

Working and going to school is pretty much a full time job so whenever I can find a quick and easy dinner that doesn't have any ingredients I'm all for it. Here's an easy work (or school night recipe).

Ingredients:
-3 cans biscuits (10 biscuits per can)
-Block of colby jack cheese
-1 beaten egg
-Italian seasoning
-Garlic powder
-1 jar marinara sauce

Gather your ingredients.

Slice the cheese into 28 slices.

Open the cans of biscuits and flatten them out.

Place cheese in the center (you can add other toppings if you'd like I was trying to keep it simple).

Fold the biscuit over the cheese.

Place in a greased 13x9 pan, you don't need a big gap in the middle...my boyfriend and I were trying to keep our very different toppings separated.

Brush with the egg and herbs. Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.

Serve with a side of marinara.

Dip in the marinara sauce and enjoy.

Delicious.
The pizza rolls were warm and cheesy with just the right amount of herb topping for extra flavor. My boyfriend has deemed these his new favorite recipe from the blog and while they make a good dinner recipe when you're looking for a quick meal they would also make a great party appetizer.
