Spicy Parmesan Herb Corn on the Cob

In my roommate's lake house there is no stove only a grill so we had to get really creative about our meals. Here's a recipe from the Food Network which is a great way to spice up a grilling standard -- corn on the cob.

Ingredients:
-1 tsp Hidden Valley® Farmhouse Originals Garlic & Herb Dressing & Seasoning Mix
-1/2 cup salted butter, softened
-4 ears corn, shucked
-cayenne pepper, to taste
-1 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated

Wrap the corn in foil and grill on medium heat for about 20 minutes.

Mix the softened butter with the seasoning mix.
Mix until completely blended.

Sprinkle the parmesean cheese onto a plate.

Grilling the corn.

Spread the butter onto the corn.

Roll in the parmesean.

Sprinkle with cayenne.

Serve.

Yummy grilled lunch!
This recipe was so cheap and easy to make and the corn tasted fantastic. If you're looking for an easy way to switch up your grilling next summer, this is the way to do it.
