Cinnamon Roasted Chickpeas



I've never had anything like this before, but I saw this on Pinterest and decided to try it from this recipe.

Ingredients:
-1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
-1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
-Cinnamon
-Salt


Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
Let them dry on a paper towel for about 15 minutes
Spread out the chickpeas with the olive oil.
Bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
Mix around occasionally so they don't stick.
Add cinnamon and salt to taste.

I decided these were pretty salty, so I added some sugar too. I've never ate chickpeas on their own, it was pretty good as a snack though. They didn't turn out to be as crunchy as I thought they would be, but the outsides were a little crisp.
