Apple & Brie Pastries


I had some brie leftover, so I wanted to use it in another recipe. I got the idea for this appetizer from this blog. 

Ingredients:
-1 package crescent rolls
-brie (I used about a quarter of a wheel)
-1 apple
-cinnamon sugar 

Cut the apple into thin slices.
Spread out the crescent roll, top with brie. 
Add a few apple slices.
Top with some cinnamon sugar.
Roll up the crescents, bake according to the package directions.
Mine were done in 11 minutes.


I really liked these. There were really good to eat warm. Crescent rolls are always good, and adding apple and cheese made them even better.
