Buffalo Cauliflower Wrap


One of my favorite recipes that I made  was the buffalo "wing" style cauliflower from November 4th. These are a great copy-cat for buffalo wings and much healthier than the real thing. Since I enjoyed the recipe so much I wanted to find another way to enjoy the cauliflower so I came up with the recipe another copy-cat recipes for buffalo wings, instead of a buffalo chicken wrap, here's the vegetarian version.

Ingredients:
-1 head cauliflower, cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
-1 cup buttermilk
-1 cup all-purpose flour
-2 teaspoons garlic salt
-1 cup buffalo sauce
-1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
-Pita bread or tortilla
-Lettuce
-Mozzarella Cheese
-Ranch for dipping

Stuff the pita bread or a tortilla with the cauliflower and all toppings.
This sandwich was delicious! Perfect for lunch, nice and spicy. This is a great alternative to a buffalo chicken wrap. Enjoy!
