Easy Guacamole

If you're looking for an easy appetizer to serve tonight for the Big Game, look no further! This recipe comes from Weight Watchers and is easy to double or tripled depending on how many people you're planning to serve.

Ingredients:
-1 item(s) (medium) avocado, Hass variety
-2 Tbsp uncooked red onion(s), chopped
-2 Tbsp cilantro, fresh, chopped
-1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
-1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
-1/4 tsp table salt, or more to taste

Gather your ingredients.
Slice your avocado into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Mash the avocado with all onion and cilantro (I left out the cilantro).
Add in hot sauce, lime juice and salt.
Ready to enjoy with chips or veggies.

I love guacamole and this was so easy to make there is no doubt that I will be making it for parties in the future. There was the perfect amount of onion, the right amount of heat from the hot sauce and the avocado was creamy and great for any party.
