Brie Bruschetta Dip


We really like brie, as you can tell from our recent posts. We've also recently had Green Bean Casserole Grilled CheeseBrie SoupApple and Walnut Pancake with Brie. So this recipe is another that uses brie, one of my favorite cheeses.  The original recipe comes from Magpie's Recipes.

Ingredients:
-1 Tomato
-1 Clove Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Basil
-1 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar
-1 tsp. Olive Oil
-1/2 Wheel Brie
-french bread


Slice the bread and toast in the oven until slightly browned.
Dice the tomatoes.
Cut off the rind of the brie (it won't melt, you can see the little
bit I still had left on mine) and melt it slightly in the microwave.
Mix in the other ingredients.
Serve with bread.
This was really simple to make, it only took about 15 minutes. Tomato and cheese are a classic combination, and this worked well too.
