Crock Pot Brownies


This wasn't really much of a recipe, but more of a technique of sorts, but it was so good I wanted to share it. It was gooey and warm, kind of halfway between a brownie and brownie batter.

Just make store bought brownie mix like usual, then put it in the crockpot on low for about 2 1/2 hours. About 2 hours through cooking, it looked like the edges were getting more cooked than the middle, so I mixed it up and left it for another 1/2 hour.

Top with ice cream and whipped cream.


The top looked like regular brownies, but the inside was still a little soft.


I think you could even make this a fancy dessert and more of a recipe by adding some caramel or pretzels or some other type of topping to make it your own.
