These were a great vegetarian option for a kabob on the grill. If you haven't had halloumi, it is worth checking out. It tastes like mozzarella, so it goes great with almost any vegetable, and this sauce was really great with it.

Sauce-1 Cup Fresh Pineapple
-1 tsp. Cinnamon
-1 Cup Fresh Mango
-1 Small Peach
-2 Tbsp Sugar
|Add all the sauce ingredients in the blender.|
Blend til smooth.
This can be made ahead of time.
|Assemble the skewers.|
|Grill for a few minutes on each side.|
|Make sure the cheese is big enough to not fall through|
the grill. I can get a little sticky if you leave it on too long,
so be sure to check it often.
|Top with sauce and seasoning.|
