Snickers Caramel Apple Salad

I really like this. It is great for this time of year when apples are in season. This combination was really good, it was sweet but not too much. It only took a few minutes to cut everything up and mix it together, and it can make enough to serve a group.

This recipe is from Chef in Training.

Ingredients:
-1 bag mini snickers (or 6 large snickers)
-3 apples
-1 5 oz. package vanilla pudding mix
-1/2 cup milk
-1 12 oz. tub cool whip, thawed
-1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping

Mix the pudding, milk, and cool whip.
Cut up the apples and snickers. We didn't use quite the whole
bag, and we save a few of the chopped up pieces for the top.
Stir the cool whip pudding mixture in with the
apples and candy.
Top with extra snickers and drizzle with caramel sauce.

This was easy to make, and I ate the leftovers a few times as a snack afterwards, it kept really well in the refrigerator.

According to this website, Jell-O pudding is actually vegan, so you don't need to worry about it having any animal products that Jello-O gelatin may have.
