Baileys is one of my favorite alcohols. I also enjoyed caramel apple vodka in Spiked Hot Caramel Apple Cider. This was not as good of a match in one drink as I thought it would be, I think the recipe would need to be adjusted to taste better, and the adjustment I made wasn't the greatest.

-1 oz Baileys
-1/2 oz apple (or caramel apple) vodka
-caramel ice cream topping (drizzled on the side of the glass)
I thought drinking this the way the recipe called for was really strong and tasted really alcoholic. We tried to sweeten it up and mask some of the alcohol by adding some apple cider, but it reacted badly with the baileys and curdled up. Next time I'll try some new combination of flavors, to try to make this work.
