Reese’s Peanut Butter Dip

I liked this a lot, it was sweet and chocolaty. The peanut butter cups were delicious in this. It make a lot and it is pretty sweet, so this is good to bring somewhere to share. The last week of college we ate a similar cookie dough dip like this with teddy grahams, this reminds me of that time.

This recipe comes from Shugary Sweets.

Ingredients:
-1/2 cup unsalted butter
-1/2 cup brown sugar
-1/4 cup peanut butter
-8 oz cream cheese, softened
-3/4 cup powdered sugar
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 cup semi sweet mini chocolate chips
-8oz pkg Reese's peanut butter cup Minis (I chopped them up into fourths)
-Teddy Grahams or pretzels for serving.

Melt butter in a saucepan and mix in the brown sugar and vanilla.

Beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peanut butter.
Mix in the brown sugar butter mixture once it cools.

Mix in the chocolate chips and peanut butter cups.

I thought the teddy grahams went really well with this. I think graham crackers would have worked well too. The graham crackers might have been better because it would have been easier to scoop the dip out of the bowl. Overall, a good recipe.
